Full Time Days

Responsible for distribution and storage of materials delivered to the Materials Management Department.  Responsible for maintaining the PAR Levels throughout the Facility.

  • Delivers supplies and equipment to the user departments in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Receives and fills all supply requisitions, from departments, that are not replenished by the PAR System.
  • Interfaces directly with staff members of the user departments to determine the need for additions or deletions to the PAR Level Replenishment System for their department.
  • Ensures item master is up-to-date.
  • Obtains products, equipment and services from suppliers.
  • Receives orders and maintains paper work.
  • Monitors open orders and identifies backorders while communicating.

Government Programs Biller/Collector

Full Time Shift

Position Includes:-

  • Biller/Collector (government Programs is responsible for submitting claims to the appropriate intermediaries and to insure that procedures and charges are coded in compliance with Medicaid and/or Medicare regulations.
  • Responsible to identify the various types of diagnosis and procedures codes (ICD9, CPT, HCPCS, DRG) as they relate to reimbursement.
  • Bills claims on daily basis to include both electronic and paper billing, primary and secondary billing. Works with appropriate departments to ensure all billing edits and resolved in timely manner.
  • Works unchecked report daily to maintain standards set by Director of Business Office and CFO.
  • Works daily rejection reports from clearinghouse and payers. Reviews all denied/rejected claims within 24 business hours to ensure account is tracking correctly in CPSI system.

The Nursing House Supervisor is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during his/her assigned shift.  In addition, provides direct supervision and serves as a clinical resource for acute care, ambulatory, inpatient, emergency, and intensive care nursing services.
